How long will it take to make the necessary repairs to my RV?
This depends on the amount of repair work that needs to be done, as every job is custom. The estimator will be able to give a projected completion date with the exception of any delays on parts.
Do I have to make an appointment to bring my RV in for repairs?
In order for us to keep things on schedule, we strongly encourage you to call ahead for estimate/inspection appointments so that we can ensure timely service.
Will North Trail RV Center deal directly with my insurance company?
Yes. We have established relationships with many major insurance companies and are able to work with them directly.
Will the repair work performed be protected under warranty?
Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repair work and at time of delivery, you will be provided with the details in our warranty certificate.
When do I have to pay my insurance deductible?
If a deductible applies, payment is due at time of pick-up, but only after repairs are complete.
Will you be able to match the original paint on my motorhome?

Will the replacement parts on my RV be factory original or aftermarket?
Original equipment manufacturer parts are always our first choice when repairing your vehicle, as they are the best choice for bringing your vehicle back to its original condition. There are cases, however, in which insurance companies require us to use aftermarket parts due to cost. We will discuss all parts chosen by your insurance company prior to any repairs being started.

We do ask for a $125 estimate fee to cover the time of our estimator but this fee will be applied to final invoice if repairs are performed at North Trail RV Collision Center.
